This Data Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is handled in Bamboozle for iPhone, a software product of Opsicoder.
No Personal Information is Collected By the Bamboozle Application
Bamboozle is an image-matching game application that offers no mechanism to add personal textual information.
You might be asked to provide access to your photo library, but this is only so you can copy photos from your photo library into Bamboozle to create your own games. The App doesn’t process that information at all and I have no access to it.
In addition, if you take a photo from within Bamboozle, location data is saved in the image, but I have no access to that data and it is not shared with anyone unless you yourself choose to share the image.
Individual settings relating to the Bamboozle app are not personal and are stored only on your device.
Bamboozle Complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
Bamboozle doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
